Caring for America
Caring for America is based on the belief that problems can be solved most effectively through the generosity and combined energies of individual citizens.
We encourage Republican women to step forward when they see an area that needs assistance, whether it is hands-on or through donations of needed food or other commodities.
- Whether we are awarding scholarships, donating to the Placer Food Bank, serving veterans through the annual Placer Veterans Stand Down event, providing donations to support pregnant women through Sierra Pregnancy & Health, providing toys at Christmas, or writing cards, South Placer RWF is making a difference in our community.
Join Us in serving our community!
Each year, South Placer RWF gives back to our community in a number of ways. We sponsor two young Republicans through our Mary Lou Jordan scholarship and our Americanism scholarship. South Placer RWF also fosters Republican philosophy and ideas through donations of related books to schools, libraries, and other institutions. This is accomplished through our Literacy & Education Committee. We are also proud to support veteran organizations and our local pregnancy centers.
South Placer RWF members devote untold hours each year to volunteer activities. Whether we are gathering signatures for ballot initiatives, registering voters, or supporting candidates, our heart shows!
If you are a member who is committed to making a difference in our community, state, and nation, we would like to document your volunteer hours and report it to CFRW. Members, please keep track of your volunteer hours!
